Cushioning is unbleached cotton batting. Tree limbs are of Oak; Ropes are nautural sisal. Most surfaces are scratchable if left unfinished.

GUARANTEE: If you are unhappy with the quality of all or any part of your furniture, you may return it in the packaging in which it arrived for exchange or a full refund. Except for damaged or defective items, custom designed furniture is generally not refundable.
RETURNS: Shipping fees on returns are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning damaged or defective merchandise or merchandise sent in error. Merchandise should be returned in original boxes.
